This is a beach front house situated on the road in front of the beach in Psaropouli Bay on the Island of Evia (Euboia). The house is 86 sq. m with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a sitting/dinning room with an open kitchen, and an additional 30 sq. m veranda.

Fully renovated in 2015, is built in a plot of 1200 sq. m located next to the beach.

There is a Solar boiler, a fire place and an air conditioning in the sitting room which also serves as heating system if required. All furniture, fixtures, fittings and white goods plus a washing machine and a dishwasher are included.

Location: The pebbly/sandy beach of Psaropouli is 4 kilometres long with clear blue waters

(Aegean sea). It is the port of Vasilika village, known since antiquity. During the Persian Wars (battle of Artemisio, 480 b.c.) the Persians dock their ships at this bay. Tavernas, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets are nearby, 5 min walking distance from the house. Ideal location for swimming, fishing and diving, cycling, hiking and horse riding (Equestrian Center).

The distance from Athens is 185 km. The distance from Skiathos is 10 nautical miles and 16 from Skopelos.
