Below, a description of all the facilities of the hotel is taking place in detail, in order to provide all the necessary information

1.  Bar: Main bar of the hotel fully equipped with audiovisual equipment and furniture. This building covers an area of 267 sqm. Included in this area is the soft play area of 60 sqm.

2. Fitness Center: This area is 50 sqm and attached to the bar, fully equipped with the latest training machines.

3. Kid’s Club: This building of 86 sqm is attached to the Fitness center and it includes a storage room. Also it has its own part of the garden of 100 sqm.

4. Reception area: covers an area of 158 sqm inclusive of the back offices and public toilets, and is fully furnished since it is already in operation.

5. Restaurant: The restaurant area covers an area of 265 sqm and includes the dining area and the kitchen. This area was fully renovated in 2012 and all kitchen’s and dinning area’s equipment is new due to its transformation to an All-inclusive establishment. Additional to the restaurant area in the same building there is small apartment of 57 sqm which is used as the manager’s residence.

6. Pool bar: The pool bar covers an area of 55 sqm and lies next to the swimming pool and is fully functional.

7. The swimming pool covers an area of 300 sqm and its technological equipment was replaced in 2011. Within the main swimming pool there is also a kid’s swimming pool of 25 sqm. The surrounding area of the swimming pool covers an area of 1500 sqm of which most parts are paved and has direct access to one the most famous and scenic beaches of the island. 10. Last but not least, there are 5 blocks of buildings for room usage of a total 2356 sqm. There is a combination of types of rooms for every building and the total has been explained above. The main storage area of the hotel of 120 sqm is situated in one of these buildings. In all buildings there are the necessary linen rooms required by law. The hotel was built gradually starting from 1990 up to 1999.
